1. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipping: You may cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately via Email or WhatsApp with your Order ID for a full refund.

After Shipping: Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may return the item after delivery according to the return policy below.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return Window: Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Product Condition: We accept items in New or Slightly Used condition.

Exchanges: You may exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.
3. Return & Logistics Charges
To maintain our quality standards and provide doorstep pickup convenience, the following fees apply to all return requests. These amounts will be deducted from your final refund:

Exchanges: If you choose to Exchange a product instead of seeking a refund, the Return Processing Fee may be waived (Customer only pays the ₹150 Reverse Pickup fee).

Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, all return and pickup charges are waived.
4. Return Process

Method: All returns are handled via our integrated doorstep reverse pickup service.

Initiation: Contact us via Email or WhatsApp with your Order ID and the reason for the return.

Return Label: Once authorized, we will provide a return label. Please ensure the product is safely packed (preferably in original packaging) for the pickup executive.
5. Refunds

Inspection: Once the item is received at our warehouse and passes a quality check, we will notify you of the approval.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 4 days.

Refund Method: The balance amount (Total price minus the applicable logistics charges) will be credited to your original payment method.

Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
6. Sale & Custom Orders

Sale Items: Items purchased during clearance sales are subject to the same terms unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-sized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
