1. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping:

You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped.

To cancel, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with your order number.

Once your cancellation request is received and confirmed before dispatch, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
After Shipping:

Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may still return the item after delivery according to our Returns Policy below.
2. Returns Policy
We accept returns only in the following circumstances:
✔️ If the product is damaged during delivery.
✔️ If the product is defective or significantly different from the description on our website.
Return Eligibility:

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery (typically 7–14 days is common).

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.

For returns due to defect or damage, please provide clear photos or video evidence of the issue to help us process your request quickly.

Approval & Pickup:
Once approved, if reverse pickup (courier pickup from your location) is available in your area, we will arrange it. If not, you may need to ship the item back to us securely. -
Inspection:
After the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the return decision.
4. Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item).
5. Exchanges
At this time, we may offer exchanges only for the same product in a different size, colour, or style — subject to availability. Please contact customer support to check if an exchange is possible for your order.
6. Sale, Discount & Custom Orders
