1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with your order number for a full refund.

  • After Shipping: Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may return the item after delivery according to the policy below.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • Return Window: Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product Condition: We accept items in New or Slightly Used condition.

  • Exchanges: We accept exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles, subject to availability.

3. Return Process

  • Method: All returns are processed by mail.

  • Return Label: Once your return is authorized, you will be provided with a Free return label to download and print.

  • Fees: There are no restocking fees.

  • Initiation: Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order ID and reason for return. If reverse pickup is unavailable, please use the provided prepaid label to ship the item back to us securely.

4. Refunds

  • Inspection: After the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Processing Time: Once approved, your refund will be processed within 4 days.

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Sale & Custom Orders

  • Sale Items: Products purchased during sales may be subject to different terms unless defective.

  • Custom Orders: Personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
